Overview
Varyz is an open-source (AGPL-3.0) tool that learns your recurring preferences from past AI conversations and feeds them into later tasks, so you repeat yourself less. It also keeps a record of each local project's changes and the reasoning behind them, so a new agent session does not start from nothing. If an agent asks about something you settled earlier, Varyz replies using that record, while genuinely new decisions are left for you. It runs locally with no account, works over MCP with tools such as Claude Code and Codex, and has an optional paid cloud. It reads your past AI conversations to learn your preferences, so review what it learns; the Windows installer is unsigned.
