Overview

Agent Standup is a viewer that shows your sessions from Mistral Vibe, Codex, and Claude Code as a live animated team call. It reads the session files those tools already write, so it needs no model calls and uses no tokens unless you switch on optional extras. Each agent appears as a character at a desk with a status of working, waiting, or blocked, alongside a sub-agent tree and token counts per agent. It can be used from a terminal, inside VS Code, or in a desktop window, and you can replay past sessions and export a video of a call.

Key features

  • Reads local session files from Claude Code, Codex, and Mistral Vibe
  • Flags stuck or quiet agents and failed tool calls
  • Token counts per agent, read from the session files
  • Replay with a timeline, recap, and video export
  • Spoken lines from a small local speech model (one-time install)
  • VS Code extension, terminal command (npx @double_geste/agent-standup), or desktop app
