The ai agents directory (aiagents.org) is operated by Brent Kahl, sole proprietor, under Pennsylvania law. Contact: hello@aiagents.org. There is no LLC.

There are no user accounts and no authentication. Git is the CMS. Listings live as Markdown in the public GitHub repository. The site runs on Cloudflare Workers at aiagents.org. Cloudflare may process standard request logs as part of hosting.

We do not ship Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or a tracking SDK in this repository. Optional analytics tokens exist and stay off unless one is set for a build.

The submit and sponsor forms send JSON to /api/submit. A successful request stores that JSON in Cloudflare D1 and returns HTTP 202. It does not publish a listing. The email on a form is for that submission. “Email me aiagents.org updates” starts unchecked, and we record newsletter interest only when it is checked. The checkbox is stored with that submission. It does not by itself add the address to a mailing list. The footer newsletter is separate. When a Loops form id is configured, that form sends the address to Loops. When it is not, the form thanks the visitor and does not send the address anywhere. Do not send secrets or personal data you do not want an editor to read. Draft submissions are not public until an editor writes them into Git.

Copy counts, add counts, and up or down votes are stored when those controls are used. Listing visits and outbound clicks are counted the same way, through/api/metrics. The counts are not tied to an account.
