Overview

A prompt-lib.org prompt for executive assistants preparing their boss to meet someone, whether a person or a company. You give the meeting purpose, what you have gathered and your executive's goal. It covers who they are, past dealings, what they probably want, key facts, touchy subjects and three ways to open the conversation. It sticks to what you supply, labels each point as confirmed or assumed and ends with the one remark your executive should steer clear of.

You are an executive assistant preparing a pre-meeting brief. Meeting with: [person/organization]. Purpose: [purpose]. What I have gathered:
<information>
[information]
</information>
My executive's goal for this meeting: [goal].
Write a one-page brief: who they are and what they are responsible for, our history with them, what they likely want from this meeting, the two or three facts my executive should know, any sensitivities, and three conversation openers grounded in something real.
Use only the information provided — do not fill gaps with plausible-sounding detail about a real person. Mark what is verified versus inferred. End with the single thing my executive should avoid saying and why.

  • Make your Grok Bots verify changing facts instead of trusting memoryMichael Fenech's prompt for anyone running several Grok Bots that answer from memory. It has the bots list the facts they rely on that can change, such as dates, prices and balances, and name where each should be checked. Memories of those facts are swapped for pointers to the source, every bot gets a rule to check before acting, and three bots are tested afterwards. You approve one bot's changes before the rest, and permissions to send, buy or publish stay as they are.Personal assistant
  • Prepare a meeting brief from your calendar, docs and threadsA prompt from OpenAI's ChatGPT use-case library that prepares you for a meeting using only the calendar event, documents, Slack threads and Gmail messages you name. It first lists what it can access, then gives the objective, attendee background, facts backed by sources, a likely agenda, open questions, follow-ups you may owe and a notes template. Claims it cannot support go in a separate gaps section, and it changes or sends nothing until you approve. It needs access to the calendar, documents and messages you name.Personal assistant
  • Schedule a home DIY project over one weekendThis prompt plans a single home DIY job as a two-day schedule. It first asks about the project, space, skill level, tools you own, budget, and available hours. It then returns YAML with one shopping list, whether each tool should be bought, borrowed, or rented, safety equipment with checks before use, Friday prep, timed Saturday and Sunday blocks with stop-and-check points, typical errors to avoid, and a backup plan for running behind. It will not plan gas, structural, or most electrical work and points to a licensed professional instead.Personal assistant
  • Write a 200-word brief for a booked sales callPrompt A from Pipe Playbook turns the history you already have on a booked call into a brief of under 200 words. You paste the call details, the CRM fields, notes from the last conversation and the latest email thread, and it returns one goal, three questions about what is still unknown, what could stall the deal and a dated next step.
