Overview
Zozo HQ is a harness that runs Claude Code or Codex against your backlog, either on a hosted machine or for free on your own computer. It turns rough ideas into issues, stops to ask you when something is unclear, and works on each issue in an isolated worktree. Every step goes into an append-only journal, decisions are written into your repository, and the result arrives as a pull request that you merge. Its agents run commands and change code in your repository, and model use comes from your own Claude Code or Codex plan.
