Overview
Muse Code is a coding agent from Meta for the command line and for CI pipelines, designed around its Muse Spark model (muse-spark-1.2 by default). Started inside a project, it plans the work, edits files and runs commands, with approval prompts and an operating-system sandbox active from the first session. It can run as an interactive terminal app or headless for scripts, and it can use subagents, hooks, skills and MCP servers, and pass messages between live sessions. One codebase covers macOS, Linux and Windows, though a few features behave differently on Windows.
