Overview
ECC is a free, community toolkit that adds a ready-made working setup around coding agents such as Claude Code. It bundles specialist agents, skills, command shortcuts, hooks, rules and a memory system that you install into a project. It also includes AgentShield, a security scanner for agent setups, and it is built to work with other agent tools beyond Claude Code. It is maintained by affaan-m on GitHub and has a site at ecc.tools. Security note: its hooks and rules run automatically once installed, so read what it adds to a project before enabling it.
