Overview

This prompt asks a chat assistant to sort your own notes about symptoms, timeline and medicines into a single-page summary plus a few ranked questions to bring to the visit. It tells the assistant only to organize, never to diagnose, suggest causes or treatments, or judge how urgent something is. It marks unclear points for you to fill in, notes details the doctor is likely to want, and adds a daily log table if the visit is still over a week off.

I'm seeing my [GP or specialist] on [date] for about [15] minutes, and I want your help getting ready. Your only job is to arrange what I share. No diagnosis, no guesses about causes, no treatment ideas, no suggested medicine changes and no view on how serious anything is; if I ask for those, point me back to my doctor.

My notes, in my own words:
- What worries me most: [describe]
- When it began and how it has changed: [describe]
- What helps and what makes it worse: [describe]
- What I take (medicines, supplements) and how much: [list]
- Past history that may matter: [list]
- Readings or notes I already have: [paste them, or write none]

Give me:
1. A one-page summary, using my wording where you can: the main concern, the timeline, what I take, and what I have tried. Use only what I gave you, and write [CHECK WITH ME] wherever something is unclear.
2. Three to five questions for my doctor, ranked by how much they matter to me.
3. Details my doctor will probably want that are missing from my notes, so I can look them up first.
4. If the visit is over a week off, a simple day-by-day log for me to keep until then.

Ask me about every [CHECK WITH ME] point before producing the finished version, and keep the summary brief enough that I could read it out in roughly two minutes.

  • Check a medical bill against your insurance EOBThis prompt has the AI take the role of a patient's billing advocate and compare an itemized bill with your insurer's explanation of benefits. It flags charges that look duplicated, do not match the visit you describe, are missing from the EOB or seem coded above the level of care you had. It then writes a short, polite script for calling the billing office, including asking about financial help and a self-pay discount, and it tells the model not to guess at codes it cannot read.Healthcare
