Dot

Triage

Sorts your inbox each morning and drafts routine replies.

Overview

Triage is a Dot that goes through your email every morning and sorts it. You paste its instructions as the Dot's goal, connect Gmail and Google Calendar, and set its Custom Rules. It tags each message as Reply, Read, or Ignore, writes drafts for routine emails in your voice, and puts a five-line note at the top on who needs you that day and why. It can archive newsletters on its own, asks before sending any reply, and is blocked from deleting mail or unsubscribing you.
