Overview

Morning project check is a Dot that watches one project's calendar and related email on weekday mornings. You hand it the job once, with the four things a tracked job needs: what to look at, when to run, where to send results, and what it may do. Each morning it looks for changed deadlines and unanswered questions, updates a checklist, and tells you in ChatGPT when a deadline looks at risk. It can draft replies but sends nothing until you say OK.

Every weekday at 9:00 in my time zone, look for deadlines that changed and questions nobody has answered.
