Overview

Keeper is a Dot that looks for customers who may be about to leave. Each week it flags accounts whose usage fell by half, whose card payments are failing, or who filed an unhappy support ticket. For each one it drafts a short check-in from you. It needs your approval to send email and is blocked from offering credits or discounts.
