Dot

Chaser

Finds delivered paid work that has no invoice in Stripe.

Overview

Chaser is a Dot that checks that finished work gets billed. It compares what you delivered, such as sent emails, published pieces, and completed meetings, with the invoices in Stripe. When something has no invoice, it drafts one and tells you who it is for, what it covers, and the amount. It needs your approval to send an invoice and is blocked from refunds and price changes.

Goal Prompt

Goal Prompt
Check finished work, such as emails I sent, articles that went live, and meetings that took place, against my Stripe invoices. If something hasn't been billed, prepare an invoice draft and tell me the client, the work, and the amount.

Custom Rules. Allow: cross-checking, drafting invoices. Require approval: sending any invoice. Block: refunds, price changes.

Integrations

DotBotDirectory labels this "OpenAI example". OpenAI's blog has only a related anecdote (an early tester's dot caught a missed invoice), so it is credited to DotBotDirectory.

Use cases

Alternatives

  • ReconcilerMatches two finance exports and flags rows that don't agree.
  • KeeperFlags customers who may churn and drafts a personal check-in.
