Overview

Skild AI develops foundation models for general-purpose robots. Its S1 model is an omni-bodied, in-context learner that can control different robot hardware without task-specific post-training. A single video demonstration can teach a new task, including long-horizon behaviors that were not present during pretraining. The system uses high-level task planning and low-level motor control to translate learned skills into robot actions.

Key features

  • Omni-bodied robot control
  • In-context learning
  • Single-video task demonstrations
  • Long-horizon task execution
  • High-level task planning
  • Low-level motor control
  • Skill abstractions for grasping and navigation
