Overview

Friday is a free, MIT-licensed desktop app that coordinates coding agents you already use, among them Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and GitHub Copilot. Agents share one task board, send each other notes and questions, and each gets a separate git worktree. If one tool exhausts its usage partway through, another picks up the task with a summary of what was done. You review the diff, comment on lines and commit before anything ships.

Key features

  • Works with 15+ coding agents and any ACP agent
  • Shared task board and agent-to-agent messages
  • Automatic hand-off at usage limits
  • Git worktree per agent, diff review and staging
  • macOS, Windows and Linux builds
