Overview

Enzyme compiles a folder of Markdown notes, such as an Obsidian vault, meeting notes or agent memory, into a local index for AI agents. It generates questions from your notes in the background, which it calls catalysts, and when the agent searches, those questions lead it to the most relevant notes. You set it up by asking your agent to install it, and it works with Claude, Codex, Hermes and OpenClaw. Setup has your agent run an install script from the repository, so read the script first.
