Overview

Agent Inbox, run by Novu, gives an AI agent one inbox with an email address that can also be linked to Slack and Telegram. The agent sends, lists and answers conversations through a command-line tool or an MCP server, and a reply goes back on whichever channel the person used. A message can be marked as a question, an approval or a choice, and the agent waits for the person's answer up to a time limit. Uses on the page include receiving sign-up codes, acting as a personal assistant and handling support across channels. Agents send and reply from this inbox to real people over email, Slack and Telegram, so set limits on who they may contact.
