Build an agent package for the Markus platform
Markus's agent-building skill teaches an agent to create Markus agent packages: the folder layout, the agent.json manifest, the ROLE, HEARTBEAT and POLICIES files, and avatar and screenshot images. Packages must be saved under ~/.markus/builder-artifacts/agents/ for the Markus Builder and Hub to find them, so it is only useful if you use Markus.
