Overview

This skill screens a new NDA and sorts it into green for standard approval, yellow for counsel review, or red for full legal review. It looks for hidden non-solicit or non-compete terms, missing carve-outs, overbroad definitions, and other common issues. The report ends with a routing suggestion.

  • Check a contract against your negotiation playbookThis skill checks a vendor or customer contract clause by clause against your organization's standard negotiation positions. Each clause gets a green, yellow, or red rating, with suggested redlines, fallback positions, and a summary of business impact. It can route the result to a contract system when one is connected.Document intelligenceLegalContracts
  • Review a contract for a small businessThis skill checks NDAs, MSAs, and vendor agreements for a small business with no lawyer on staff. It reads the contract from a file, email, cloud storage, or DocuSign, points out unusual terms, explains the risk plainly, and returns a redlined DOCX.Document intelligenceLegalSmall Business
