Overview

This skill helps an agent write, review, refactor, and migrate Terraform and OpenTofu code without common failures. It first records the runtime, providers, state backend, and how changes get applied, then picks the likely failure modes: unstable resource identity, secrets in state or logs, oversized blast radius, CI drift, and missing compliance gates. It loads reference notes only for those modes and returns assumptions, a fix with its tradeoffs, a validation plan, and rollback notes. It never recommends applying straight to production without a reviewed plan and approval.
