Overview

Anthropic's debug skill, from its engineering plugin, walks through a problem from reproducing it to isolating, diagnosing and fixing it. You start it with an error message, a stack trace or a description such as a bug that appeared after a deploy or only in production. It returns a debug report covering how to reproduce the issue, the root cause, the fix and how to stop it coming back. With connectors it can also pull in logs and recent deploys, related commits and existing bug tickets.

  • Check a customer account's health and prepare a QBRAnthropic's customer-health skill rates a customer account on relationship strength, engagement trend, commercial position, support issues and value delivered, each as green, yellow or red with the evidence behind it. It reads what it can from a CRM, email, calendar, documents and call transcripts, and labels an area not visible, instead of estimating it, when that data is not connected. In QBR mode it adds a meeting kit covering outcomes delivered, adoption, open items, next-phase opportunities and an agenda with attendees. Any CRM field changes are shown as before-and-after suggestions for you to accept.Customer supportAnthropicKnowledge work plugins
  • Summarize recent activity from your work tools each day or weekAnthropic's digest skill, from its enterprise-search plugin, summarizes recent activity across whatever sources are connected, such as chat, email, cloud storage, project trackers, CRM and knowledge bases. It pulls out action items, decisions, mentions of you and document updates, then groups them by project or topic. You pick a daily or weekly view or a start date. Sources that aren't connected are named in the digest instead of silently skipped.Personal assistantAnthropicKnowledge work plugins
  • Answer every inbound lead quickly with drafts you approveAnthropic's speed-to-lead skill for small businesses watches the shared inbox, web forms and the CRM for fresh inquiries and checks each against the owner's own rules for a good lead. It writes a response in the owner's style that offers real open meeting slots, alerts a person straight away about hot leads and logs everything in the CRM. Nothing goes out without the owner's approval. Scheduled runs mean overnight inquiries are sorted by morning, and it also works from pasted or forwarded messages.SalesAnthropicKnowledge work plugins
  • Give Claude a workplace memory for your team's shorthandAnthropic's memory-management skill, from its productivity plugin, gives Claude a two-level memory so it understands the acronyms, nicknames, project codenames and in-house terms people use at work. A short CLAUDE.md file holds the most-used people, terms and projects, while a memory folder keeps a fuller glossary and notes on people, projects and context. When a request uses unfamiliar shorthand, Claude checks the quick file first and then the deeper notes. It runs in the background rather than as a command you call. It saves notes about colleagues in local files, so keep them to work details.Personal assistantAnthropicKnowledge work plugins
  • Profile a new table or data file before analysisAnthropic's explore-data skill, from its data plugin, profiles a table or file before you analyze it. It works from a connected data warehouse or an uploaded CSV, Excel, Parquet or JSON file, sorts each column by type and reports row counts, null rates, distributions and value ranges. It then flags data quality problems such as duplicates and odd values, points out relationships and patterns, and suggests dimensions, metrics and follow-up analyses.ResearchAnthropicKnowledge work plugins
  • Find grants and RFPs worth bidding on and draft the responseAnthropic's grant-rfp-writer skill helps nonprofits, schools and government contractors find grant and solicitation opportunities they qualify for, including by filtering daily feeds such as SAM.gov or DIBBS. It makes a strict go/no-go decision before any writing starts, checks the compliance requirements, then writes the application using earlier submissions and actual program figures. Submitting needs the owner's approval, and afterwards it tracks deadlines and reporting duties. It works with Google Drive or Microsoft 365, optionally with DocuSign and a calendar, or from uploaded files and web research.Business automationAnthropicKnowledge work plugins
