Overview

Anthropic's tax-season-organizer skill gathers tax-season material for a small business's accountant and says plainly that it is not tax advice. It covers US federal tax in two modes: a quarterly estimated tax figure from year-to-date net income in the accounting ledger (QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, MYOB or NetSuite), and year-end 1099-NEC preparation that finds contractors paid more than 600 US dollars in the ledger, Stripe or PayPal and flags missing W-9 forms. A business outside the US gets a closed-books packet instead. It expects the period's books to be closed and reconciled first.

  • Find grants and RFPs worth bidding on and draft the responseAnthropic's grant-rfp-writer skill helps nonprofits, schools and government contractors find grant and solicitation opportunities they qualify for, including by filtering daily feeds such as SAM.gov or DIBBS. It makes a strict go/no-go decision before any writing starts, checks the compliance requirements, then writes the application using earlier submissions and actual program figures. Submitting needs the owner's approval, and afterwards it tracks deadlines and reporting duties. It works with Google Drive or Microsoft 365, optionally with DocuSign and a calendar, or from uploaded files and web research.Business automationAnthropicKnowledge work plugins
  • Answer every inbound lead quickly with drafts you approveAnthropic's speed-to-lead skill for small businesses watches the shared inbox, web forms and the CRM for fresh inquiries and checks each against the owner's own rules for a good lead. It writes a response in the owner's style that offers real open meeting slots, alerts a person straight away about hot leads and logs everything in the CRM. Nothing goes out without the owner's approval. Scheduled runs mean overnight inquiries are sorted by morning, and it also works from pasted or forwarded messages.SalesAnthropicKnowledge work plugins
  • Draft reminders for overdue invoicesThis skill finds unpaid invoices in your accounting system, such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, MYOB, or Zoho Books, and checks payments in PayPal, Stripe, and Airwallex. It writes a reminder for each customer, gentler for good payers and firmer for repeat late ones. Reminders send through PayPal only with your approval, and the rest are saved as email drafts.Business automationInvoicingSmall Business
  • Turn a pile of bills into coded entries and a payment run you approveAnthropic's ap-processor skill, from its small-business plugin, takes bills and supplier statements from an accounts-payable inbox, PDFs or phone photos and extracts the supplier, total, due date and individual lines. It assigns each bill to an account and job, compares it with the matching PO and receiving record, and shows you the overall picture first. It then stages entries in NetSuite, Xero or QuickBooks and proposes which bills to pay, each needing its own yes. It works on your books and payments, so each entry and payment needs your approval.Business automationAccounts payableSmall business
  • Plan restocking from real sell-throughAnthropic's inventory-planner skill, from its small-business plugin, takes sales history and stock levels from a CSV or from Shopify, Square or NetSuite and works out how fast each item sells over 7 and 28 days. It estimates a cautious date each item will run out, sets an order quantity to cover 60 days, and drafts POs plus emails to suppliers. It also lists overstock and items that are not selling, and applies seasonality only when the history supports it. Nothing is ordered and no supplier is emailed without your approval.Business automationInventorySmall business
  • Check a customer account's health and prepare a QBRAnthropic's customer-health skill rates a customer account on relationship strength, engagement trend, commercial position, support issues and value delivered, each as green, yellow or red with the evidence behind it. It reads what it can from a CRM, email, calendar, documents and call transcripts, and labels an area not visible, instead of estimating it, when that data is not connected. In QBR mode it adds a meeting kit covering outcomes delivered, adoption, open items, next-phase opportunities and an agenda with attendees. Any CRM field changes are shown as before-and-after suggestions for you to accept.Customer supportAnthropicKnowledge work plugins
