This skill changes how an AI replies so a reader with ADHD can act on the answer. Each reply opens with the next action, uses numbered steps for multi-step work, restates which step you are on, and gives time estimates in concrete units. Side issues wait until the main one is done, and errors are described plainly with the cause and the fix. It stays on for the whole session until you say "stop adhd mode".
