Alibaba Cloud IDaaS SAML identity provider setup

This official Alibaba Cloud skill helps an OpenClaw agent connect an outside identity provider that uses SAML 2.0 to IDaaS EIAM, Alibaba Cloud's identity service, so people can sign in with accounts they already have. It reads the provider's metadata, from a link or a downloaded file, explains the entity ID, sign-in URL, bindings and signing certificates, and proposes settings with secure defaults. All cloud calls go through the Alibaba Cloud CLI, and it shows a preview and waits for your confirmation before it creates, updates or enables a provider; it never deletes one. After creation it hands over the IDaaS service-provider details needed to finish setup on the other side. It is a beta release, so try it on a test setup first.
