Alibaba Cloud DSC column encryption

This official OpenClaw skill from the Alibaba Cloud SDK team helps an agent protect sensitive database columns using Alibaba Cloud's Data Security Center (DSC). It can look up columns by sensitivity level, region, kind of asset, template or encryption state, turn column encryption on or off, change which database accounts can see plaintext and until when, and choose the algorithm or the KMS key used. It works through bundled Python scripts that run read-only checks before any change and confirm the result after, using a named Alibaba Cloud CLI profile. The skill covers 25 DSC actions, 19 of them read-only and 6 that make changes, and tells the agent never to ask for credentials in chat or widen access on its own. Caution: it can change access to production databases, so review every change before it runs.
