Overview

This NVIDIA skill is the starting point for work on an agent's ETHOS.md, a lasting record of the agent's purpose, limits and success measures. It checks the local repository and sends the request either to ethos-explore to gather intent or to ethos-write to create or edit the file. It also sets the standard both sub-skills follow.
