Manages coding agents in Herdr from your Grok Bot.

Overview

Shepherd is a Grok Bot that runs coding agents through Herdr, an agent session manager. You run it on a machine with Herdr installed, or it installs Herdr for you. It opens and arranges agent panes with the Herdr command-line tool and waits for each agent to go idle, finish, or get blocked.
