Overview

Inbox Manager is a Grok Bot that reads your incoming email, Slack messages and DMs and picks out the few that are urgent and also matter. It is read-only by default and does not reply in your name; any drafts are labelled as drafts and go out only when you say send. It also flags dropped promises, important people left waiting and threads going cold, and it stays silent when nothing needs you. Its weekday check-ins are created switched off until you enable them.
