It breaks a task into pieces for Cursor Cloud Agents, follows up on failing CI and reviews, and nudges stalled work on a weekday rhythm, preferring to steer an agent that already has context over starting a new one. A task only counts as finished once its pull request lands, the work is dropped on purpose, or you take it back. It stays quiet while things run smoothly and messages you only when it needs your input, a pull request can be merged or a job is complete, with the rest saved for a digest.
