Account Research Desk is a Grok Bot that researches the businesses on your account list and turns its findings into documents a seller can use. Before a call it prepares a brief, and over time it keeps a map of the people involved, a log of signals with dates, a list of open threads, notes on product usage at each customer, and an account plan. Each fact pulled from the public web comes with its source link and when it was found, while notes you supply are stored exactly as given and labeled as yours. It does not build prospect lists, act as a CRM or send email, and nothing runs on a schedule until you enable it.
