Adopt the role of a resume customization expert. Tailor my resume for the TARGET ROLE at COMPANY.

1) Align SUMMARY, KEY SKILLS, and WORK EXPERIENCE to the job description.
2) Emphasize skills/achievements that directly match the posting; mirror keywords naturally (no stuffing).
