## Steps

1. Export at least a year of transactions (12 to 13 months) from every bank account and card, including ones you rarely use, so annual renewals appear.
2. Give the agent Part 1 of the source prompt: it looks through your mailbox for receipts and renewal emails, scans the statements for charges that recur, and gives back a single table of services plus any charge names it could not match.
3. Open the subscription settings in your phone's app store yourself, and look up each unmatched charge name; deleting an app does not end its subscription.
4. Decide keep, cancel or check for every row yourself.
5. Use Part 2 of the prompt to cancel services singly: the agent opens the billing page and gets to the cancel step, while you sign in, refuse any retention deal and click the last confirmation yourself.
6. Save every cancellation confirmation in one folder and look over the following statement in case a cancelled charge shows up again.
7. Note: You confirm each cancellation yourself. Never let the agent enter card details or press the final cancel button.
