Overview

TheySaid runs usability tests on designs, prototypes and live products using synthetic testers modelled on your customer data, recruited real users or an expert AI review. Tests can start from Claude Code, Claude Design, Cursor, Replit, Lovable and similar tools through its MCP server, or start by themselves once a Jira ticket moves to a design-done stage. Each session is recorded with think-aloud audio and transcripts, and the results include a fix prompt to paste into your coding tool. It also offers surveys, AI interviews, forms and polls. Synthetic testers are simulations, so check big decisions with real users.
