Overview
Plain (Inplain) is an AI office suite that turns a chat answer, a file or a data set into a web page you share by link. AI answers tend to get lost in chat history, and files sent around end up in several versions. You bring a draft, deck, document or spreadsheet, and it builds one report that you can also view as slides or a dashboard; editing it updates the same link. It works in the browser or from a CLI for Claude Code, Cursor and Codex, and exports to Office formats.
Key features
- One report with slide and dashboard views
- Live share links that update when edited
- Imports Markdown, CSV, HTML, PDF, PPTX and DOCX
- CLI for coding agents
- Office export
