Overview

OMOPHub is a managed API that lets developers and AI agents look up medical codes and translate them between vocabularies such as SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm and ICD-10. Teams working with OMOP or FHIR data otherwise have to download and host the OHDSI ATHENA vocabularies themselves. You call it from Python, R or TypeScript SDKs, or connect its MCP server so an agent can look up concepts and convert codes during a chat. It covers more than 120 vocabularies, with semantic search, bulk mapping and version management.
