Overview

Omnara is an open-source API for running user-facing agents in a hosted cloud or a self-hosted environment. It manages agent execution and state while developers choose models, tools, machines, and user interfaces. Agents can run in managed sandboxes or connected environments, use MCP servers, and pause for human approval. REST, TypeScript SDK, and CLI interfaces expose the same control plane.
