Overview

fastbrowse is an open-source browser agent that carries out web tasks and supports each statement in its answer with text quoted from the site it read. Browser agents can click things that are not there or make up answers, and they can be risky with logins and payments. A choice model called Jev picks only from controls the page actually has, while an LLM plans and reads; submitting, paying, deleting and sending wait for your permission, secrets go only to the site they belong to, and code caps steps, time and spend. You can use it from the command line, Python, Node, MCP or as an agent skill. It can sign in and act on real sites with your keys and logins, so keep its approval steps on.
